Lori Ehrlich for State Representative
Candidate's Corner:
Do you feel that now-familiar tug on your sleeve? Well, it's me again. We're in the final week of a full year of four elections and with so much at stake right up the line, this one's quite an event. Let me tell you, there's no better elixir for the knot in your stomach than to roll up your sleeves and help out in the grass roots. It's fun too. Signs, dear friend cards, emails, phone calls, events, buzz, and your oh-so-generous financial contributions carried us to this point and now it's time for some fun! Scan the menu below and jump in.  ~Lori

From the Trailblazing team:
From here on, it's all fun. Beyond a few announcements below, all we ask from you is two things--VOTE, and take a shift holding a sign. And to really maximize your fun, for all of the optional activities below, bring a friend or family member, the more the merrier!
1. Important note for Lawn Sign hosts
As I'm sure you've noticed, our signs are everywhere!  Thank you for the pride you've taken in hosting and for making sure they're upright and in good shape.  Please know that Halloween can be a very hazardous evening for a political sign.  You can either take it in for the evening or email us the next day and we'll dispatch the rapid response sign team for repairs/replacements.  Also, please leave your sign in your yard the day after the election and a volunteer from the campaign will come by to pick it up leaving you a little thank you gift from the campaign. If your sign doesn't get picked up, send us an email or call campaign manager, Bob Tucker 781-454-8595 or Robertftucker@aol.com

2. Election Day
With turnout projections as high as 90%, very few people will need a reminder to vote, although some may need rides.  If you need a ride or know someone who does, please let us know. We're planning a presence at each polling location and welcome you to join us for an hour or two holding signs and making friends. Please sign up for a specific sign-holding slot by hitting reply and we'll work out a time that works for your schedule.

3. Election Night
Come join us for an election returns party at Uno's Grill, 970 Paradise Road, Vinnin Square, Swampscott for some white-knuckle television watching as the results come in from elections local, state and national.  Expect an exuberant crowd, refreshments and cash bar. Doors open when the polls close at 8:00 p.m.

4. Two Huge Standouts
Two from which to choose--don't get them confused!
1. Saturday November 1st from 10:00 a.m. to noon,
2. Sunday, November 2nd from noon to 2:00
These are always so much fun. We'll have signs for everyone, just bring yourself, friends and family as we line Paradise Road in front of Uno's again.
Onward with the Trailblazing Team!!
